This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by MPB Digital LTD, including but not limited to Moment Timer and other applications developed and maintained by us.

• Processing: some text content may be securely transmitted to third-party AI or content APIs to generate responses or retrieve information.

2.3 Images (Camera / Photo Library)

• Photos selected or captured by the user (e.g., book covers).
• Purpose: optional features such as local text recognition (OCR) and content identification.
• Processing: images are processed locally on the device; only extracted text data may be sent to external services if required for a feature.
• Images are not uploaded or stored on developer-controlled servers.

2.4 Purchases and Subscriptions

• Anonymous purchase and subscription information processed via RevenueCat and Apple App Store.
• Purpose: managing subscriptions, entitlements, and access to premium features.
• We do not receive or store payment card details.

2.5 Technical and Diagnostic Data

• Device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs provided by the operating system.
• Purpose: ensuring app stability and performance.

2.6 Local App Data

• App content such as events, books, notes, reminders, settings, or chat history.
• Stored locally on your device and, where applicable, within Apple-provided secure App Groups for features like Apple Watch synchronization.
• Not transmitted to our servers unless required by a specific feature you initiate.

3. Permissions
Our applications may request system permissions depending on the features you choose to use, including:

• Notifications
• Microphone (only if a feature requiring audio input is enabled)

Permissions are always optional, and you may manage them through your device settings.
