Depending on the App and the features you choose to use, we may collect or process the following types of information:

- app usage information;
- device information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and language settings;
- purchase and subscription status;

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to include it in content submitted through the Apps.

3. Local Data and Device Storage

Most data is stored locally on your device.

Some Apps may create or store local files, settings, preferences, app data, notes, links, folders, or other user-created content on your device.

For example, NotesLinker may create local .noteslink files that connect Finder folders with Apple Notes. These files are used to provide the linking functionality requested by you.

We do not sell your local files, notes, folders, or user-created content.

4. System Permissions and Device Access

Some Apps may request access to system features such as files, folders, Finder, Apple Notes, automation permissions, camera, photos, notifications, or other device functionality.

These permissions are requested only to provide features you choose to use.

For example:

- access to Finder or folders may be used to create or open files related to a selected folder;
- access to Apple Notes may be used to create, find, or open notes requested by you;
- automation permissions may be required on macOS so an App can communicate with Finder or Apple Notes;
- camera or photos access may be used for features such as scanning, image recognition, or adding images;
- notifications access may be used to send reminders or app-related alerts.

You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in your device or system settings.

If required permissions are denied, some features may not function correctly.
