Terms & Conditions (English)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all mobile applications published by MPB Digital LTD, including but not limited to Moment Timer and other applications developed and maintained by us (collectively, the “Apps”).
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps.

2. Use of the Apps
You may use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

• misuse the Apps or attempt to interfere with their operation;
• reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Apps except as permitted by law;
• use the Apps in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Content
Some Apps allow you to submit content, including text, images, feedback, or other materials (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
• By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing app functionality requested by you.

4. AI-Generated and External Content
Certain features may use artificial intelligence services or external content APIs to generate responses, summaries, or recommendations.
You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• Generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• MPB Digital LTD does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated or third-party content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some Apps offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Prices and subscription terms are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
• We do not control Apple’s billing systems and do not store payment information.

6. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:

• It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Trial availability and duration are determined by Apple and may change.

7. Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to:

• modify or discontinue any App or feature at any time;
• update these Terms when necessary.

We are not liable if any App or feature becomes unavailable.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Apps, including design, code, branding, and content (excluding User Content), belong to MPB Digital LTD or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that:

• the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted;
• generated content will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MPB Digital LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the App during the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Apps if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the Apps at any time by deleting them from your device.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MPB Digital LTD, without regard to conflict of law principles.
