These Terms ("Terms") define the rules of using the mobile application [Name in progress] (the "Service"), developed and maintained by the [Name in progress] team ("we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the application.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
Subscriptions
Some features of the Service are available via subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis—either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
Unless canceled beforehand, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms. You can cancel via your account settings or by contacting support.
A valid payment method is required. You agree to provide accurate billing details (name, address, phone number, and payment info). By doing so, you authorize us to charge the appropriate subscription fees.
If auto-billing fails, an invoice will be sent, requiring manual payment by a given deadline.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for premium features. You might need to enter billing info to start the trial, but you won’t be charged unless you continue after the trial ends.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the trial offer at any time without notice.
Subscription Fee Changes
We may update subscription pricing at our sole discretion. Any changes will apply after the current billing cycle ends. We’ll notify you in advance to allow cancellation.
Continuing use after the price change means you agree to the new fee.
Refunds
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case and granted solely at our discretion.
Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may lead to immediate account suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any actions under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Links to Third Parties
Our app may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content, policies, or actions and take no responsibility for them. We recommend reviewing their terms separately.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may also discontinue use by deleting the app from your device.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. If any provision is found invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. In case of material changes, we’ll try to notify you at least 60 days in advance. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the new terms.
